Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, operational constraints):
✅ A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• 14 or more days before the tour date: 100% refund.

• 7–13 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank or payment provider delays may extend this period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds for genuine emergencies, subject to supporting documentation.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party tickets or permits purchased in advance on your behalf may be non-refundable.
