At Ntonji Tours and Safaris, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a tour or service is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or operational constraints), clients will receive a full refund.

For customer-initiated cancellations:

  • ✅ 100% refund if canceled 14 days or more before the service date.
  • ✅ 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the service date.
  • ❌ No refund if canceled within 7 days of the service date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
